At St Barnabas we aim to inspire our student’s aspirations and self-belief. Career education provides them with the skills, knowledge, and encouragement they need to get the most out of their desired career path. Students display higher levels of engagement and motivation when they have a clear understanding of what they want to do. We teach Career education through a range of strategies: Career theme days and workshops, planning within PSHE, STEM projects, school trips and explaining how particular lessons link to potential future careers.
